What this portal stores
How you applied (headhunted or directly), your LinkedIn profile URL if supplied, confirmed professional context, tailored interview questions, a hashed private-access token, contact details, written answers, Loom links, HTML prototype, submission timestamps and hiring-team evaluation records. Your information is used to assess and manage your application for Zeal’s Product Manager or GM of Branded Apps role.
Who can access it
You can access your own application. Authorised Zeal hiring administrators can review applications and download submitted prototypes. Portal records and files are stored using the hosting platform’s database and object storage. Candidates use a private resume link, valid for 30 days, and an essential session cookie. A public LinkedIn URL identifies the profile but never unlocks private answers. Keep your resume link confidential. Administrators use Google Workspace sign-in restricted to verified @getzeal.io accounts. Their essential admin session expires after eight hours. Older candidate applications created with a ChatGPT account remain supported.
Professional context and personalisation
Headhunted candidates receive questions tailored to their confirmed background. Direct applicants receive the standard interview for their chosen role; LinkedIn is optional. Zeal prepares background questions using recruiter-supplied professional screenshots, publicly available profile information and context you confirm. This is not an automatic import of your full LinkedIn history. You can correct the context or turn off prepared background questions before starting. Your question set is then saved with your application. We do not analyse photographs, protected traits or personal social activity. Ownership of a LinkedIn URL is self-declared and may be verified by the hiring team.
Loom and external links
Your video remains with Loom and follows your Loom sharing settings. Only the link and your written summary are saved here. Reviewers open external links separately. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential employer materials or real payment/customer data.
Control and deletion
You can withdraw and delete your portal application at any time from “My application”. This deletes active portal answers, the stored prototype and associated evaluations. It does not delete a Loom-hosted video or copies the hiring team already downloaded. Contact Zeal for access, corrections, deletion of those copies or the applicable recruitment retention policy. This portal does not currently run automatic retention deletion.
Fair evaluation and adjustments
A person reviews your application. No automated hiring decision, facial analysis or clinical intelligence/personality scoring is performed. Ask for extra time, a written alternative to video or another adjustment. You do not need to provide a medical diagnosis.
